Hourly support
Hourly-support in discounted, pre-paid bundles:
- 1 hour - $65 ($65/hr)
- 2 hours - $120 ($60/hr)
- 4 hours - $220 ($55/hr)
- 8 hours - $400 ($50/hr)
Monthly contract
Support available by subscription. Includes standard features and a maximum number of management hours. Must maintain subscription for a minimum of three months.
Standard features:
- Server performance monitoring
- Security auditing
- Kernel updates (Linux only)
- System updates
