Hosting Customers
All GrokThis.net Advanced and Traditional hosting customers receive managed services. Email and databases are managed for all customers. Web services are fully managed for all Traditional accounts. As Advanced account owners can exercise additional controver over their web services, their web service support is semi-managed -- GrokThis.net is willing to assist in solving issues, but may, at their disgression, recommend or require that customers move to paid-support for continued assistance.
Dedicated & Xen VPS Customers
All Grokthis.net Dedicated Server and Xen VPS hosting customers receive hardware support services. GrokThis.net staff will install the initial operating system and can provide reboots. Customers are required to install and manage their own software installations. Additional support may be purchased.
